7. Returns & Refund Policy (CPA Safe Version)

Due to hygiene and health regulations:

• Products may not be returned if opened or used.
• No products may be returned due to change of mind.
• Sealed products may be returned within 7 days.
• Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of receipt and be returned within 7 days after it's been reported.
• Damaged parcels upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, once approved.
